We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If the email never arrives, check your spam folder. If you used Apple or Google sign-in, sign in with the same provider you used originally. Still stuck? Email support@simplymeet.world from the address on your account.
Inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. All information you have ever submitted will be completely deleted within 7 business days. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Credit purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Refund requests for those purchases must go through the store you bought from. Event-RSVP credits are automatically refunded if the host or an administrator cancels the event — see Terms §5.
From any profile, chat message, or event listing, tap the menu and choose Report. Reports go to our admin team and are reviewed promptly. For urgent safety issues, also contact local authorities.
Email security@simplymeet.world immediately from any address and include the email on your account. We will lock the account pending verification.
Profile photos are reviewed before they appear; messages and profile text are screened by an automated safety classifier. If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, reply to the rejection notice or email support@simplymeet.world with details.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. See the Privacy Policy §8. To exercise a right, email privacy@simplymeet.world from the address on your account.
